60-Day Return Policy
At Ruthxy, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches, wear, resizing, or alterations.
- A tracking-enabled shipping method must be used for all returns or exchanges. Items sent without tracking cannot be processed.
Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy

- Incorrect item received.
- Item is defective, damaged, or contains engraving errors.
Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy
(Customers are responsible for return and replacement postage fees)
- Incorrect size ordered.
- Item not as expected in person.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized items, including size, engraving, color, stone cut, or stone size.
- Items worn, resized, or sent as replacements/exchanges.
- Items missing the jewelry tag.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email us at service@ruthxy.com with your order number. Our customer service team will confirm your eligibility and provide a "Return & Exchange" authorization.
Step 2: Ship the Item Back
Once authorized, follow the return instructions provided. Use a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation. If the item is lost without tracking, we cannot issue a refund.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will then process your exchange or issue a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted for orders that used free shipping.
Order Cancellation
General Orders
- Fully refundable if canceled before shipping.
Personalized Orders
Cancellations may incur a fee based on the time of cancellation:
- Within 10 hours: No fee.
- 10-24 hours: $10 fee.
- After 24 hours: $20 fee.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Once received, you may return the package for a refund.
