At Ruthxy, we are committed to ensuring your jewelry reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Our estimated delivery time is the sum of our processing time and the shipping time, giving you a clear idea of when to expect your order.
Processing Time
The estimated processing time is listed on each product page. For popular styles, we aim to ship within 1-2 working days. However, for custom items, engraved pieces, or customized sizes (including those that incur an additional $20 charge), the processing time may extend to 15-30 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details and the projected delivery date.

We offer multiple shipping methods for your convenience. Below are the shipping options available for the United States:

We offer free shipping to all locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you need your order sooner, you can select one of our Expedited Shipping options.
Please note:
- The shipping time frame above does not include the processing time or delays caused by vendors, weather disruptions, or service interruptions.
- Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). P.O. Boxes and military addresses must use Free Shipping.
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (especially holidays), deliveries may take longer. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional business days.
International Shipping
International orders may incur additional charges such as taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. Ruthxy is not responsible for these extra fees. Customers will need to pay these charges at the time of delivery.
Track Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to Account > My Orders.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll also receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly using this link: Track Your Order. If you need additional tracking information, feel free to contact us.
Please note: If your package is returned as undeliverable due to an address issue, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs, should you request a refund.
